GRP Dormers

Produced in a new factory in the midlands using the very latest of GRP technology we offer a full range of products to the house builder and are ideally located to supply nationwide.

Apex and Flat Top Dormers

  • Dormers are available as either Flat Top or Apex units with gable fronts.
  • The dormers have lead effect side cheeks with the Flat Top having a lead effect. The fascia and soffit can be finished in white or lead effect.
  • The Apex Dormer is supplied with timber roof trusses ready for tiling on site.
  • The units are insulated and have a bonded timber sub frame ready for the fixing of plasterboard.
  • They are fixed to the roof via a drainage flange which is screwed to the rafters then covered with felt and battens.
